Exhibition opening ceremony

On September 14th, "2023 The 24th China International Gas Equipment, Technology and Application Exhibition", "2023 China International Hydrogen Energy, Hydrogen Refueling Station and Fuel Cell Equipment and Technology Exhibition" and other China Industrial Gas Industry Association series exhibitions were held in Chengdu Century City New International Convention and Exhibition Center, which were hosted by China Industrial Gas Industry Association (abbreviated as: CIGIA). The opening ceremony was hosted by Mr. Pu Chungan, Executive Vice President of CIGIA. On the first day of the opening, nearly 8,000 business leaders and experts from the gas industry and equipment and professional audiences from all over the country attended the conference.

Mr. Ma Yinchuan, President of CIGIA and General Manager of Beijing Shougang Gas Co., Ltd. delivered a speech for the opening ceremony, saying that in September of golden autumn, when it is the time of harvest, Chengdu, which has just successfully hosted the world's highest level of college students' sports event, has ushered in the annual China gases industry event: 2023 China International Hydrogen, Hydrogen Refueling Station and Fuel Cell Equipment and Technology Exhibition, the 24th China International Exhibition on Gas Equipment, Technology and Application and other China gas industry exhibitions were grandly opened in this place.

Mr. Ma Yinchuan emphasized that China International Gas Equipment, Technology and Application Exhibition has gone through 24 sessions since it was officially established in 1999. The exhibition has witnessed the development and growth of China's gas industry, and will go overseas along with the development of "The Belt and Road Initiative". Recently, along with the rapid development of national hydrogen energy, as well as the coming of carbon compliance and carbon neutral era, China's gases industry is facing high-quality development opportunities; at the same time, in response to the downturn pressure of global economy and increasing uncertainties, the only thing we can do is to carry out industrial upgrading and transformation. Therefore, we should deeply understand the theoretical connotation and great significance of Xi Jinping’s Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics in the New Era, open up new tracks of development with scientific and technological innovation, shape new momentum and new advantages, and rely on innovation, especially scientific and technological innovation, to achieve transformation, upgrading and conversion of momentum.

Mr. Pu Chungan said in his opening speech that this year is the first year to fully implement the spirit of the 20th National Congress of the Chinese Communist Party and a critical year for the link between the past and the future of the "14th Five-Year Plan". It is also a grand meeting to meet the deployment requirements of the dual-cycle pattern, and continuously enhance the core competitiveness of the gases industry, and accelerate the transformation and upgrading of the industry.

Mr. Pu Chungan emphasized that CIGIA always focuses on enterprises, actively develops detailed exhibition planning programs, carries out personalized booth design, and organizes various professional forums in order to build a high-end platform for technical exchanges and trade cooperation for industry experts and peers. All that CIGIA has done is to make exhibitors more satisfied, so as to enhance the brand awareness and reputation of the exhibition, and prompt the association to do a better job in the next session. Mr. Li Shaobo pointed out that with the rapid development of China's gases industry, we can jointly witness and promote the development of China's gas equipment technology and application, as well as hydrogen energy, hydrogenation stations, fuel cells, and automotive technology and equipment at this exhibition. CSSC Special Gas has always been committed to serving national strategies and leading national development as its mission. It hopes to strengthen industry collaboration through industry exchanges and is willing to work with various companies to promote the development of industrial gases and electronic gases.

Based on this background, this Exhibition has an extraordinary significance, promoting the industry development and momentum, empowering the gases industry new development direction.

Mr. Zhao Junhui pointed out that Beijing Sinoscience Fullcryo Technology is an enterprise with independent core technology in large-scale cryogenic equipment manufacturing. We are seeking for co-opetition with industrial peers, making progress together, and creating a healthy and orderly industrial gas development environment, to jointly promote the high-quality development of the gases industry.

Mr. Hao Zaisheng pointed out that Sinohytec currently has formed batch and commercialized applications of core components such as fuel cells and applied materials. The company has launched more than 3,600 fuel cell vehicles in more than 50 cities across the country, with a vehicle operating mileage of more than 200 million kilometers. Meanwhile, Sinohytec has also cooperated with the leading enterprises in the industry, and cooperated with the upstream and downstream in many projects in the hydrogen energy industry. In the future, Sinohytec expects to continue to cooperate with the relevant enterprises to jointly promote the industrialization, commercialization and high-quality development of the hydrogen energy industry.

After the opening ceremony, Mr. Ma Yinchuan, President of CIGIA, Mr. Pu Chungan, Executive Vice President of CIGIA, Mr. Li Jiarong, General Manager of Hangzhou Zhongtai Hydrogen Energy Technology Co. and other leaders visited some booths at the exhibition. The exhibits and display content made several leaders stopped and inquired about the technology and production of related products, as well as product quality, price and industrial development prospects. They encouraged enterprises to invest in Research & Development, and hope the exhibition can promote networks, expand markets, and bring new opportunities to enterprises.
